Refund And Return Policies At Vishwam Jewellers

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have the right to cancel any order if there is a discrepancy. We typically cancel orders for a variety of reasons, such as stock availability restrictions, pricing errors, inaccurate product information, etc.

In some circumstances, we also reserve the right to check out for additional information to accept orders. If your order is partially or completely cancelled, or if additional information is needed to accept your order, we will make sure to let you know.

Before your jewellery or any other ornamental products, you have bought from us is shipped, you can call off the order. We will refund your money using the same payment method within 10 working days. Pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 2 percent will be charged in the event of cancellation, and the remaining 98 percent will be credited back to the customer’s account.

RETURN POLICY.

Vishwam Jewellers is dedicated to ensuring complete client satisfaction regarding the products available on our website, security, and other factors. But you have the option to return the order if you are not satisfied with the product.

NOTE: Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges of our products for international orders, except for situations where a defective product has been delivered. You must send back the flawed item for a refund along with the original packaging, unopened, and in the same state that you received it. Within 7 days of receiving the product, you must report the defect.

REFUND POLICY.

When we receive the product, we will begin the refund process. To qualify for a refund, the item must be brand-new, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with the original tags and invoice.

Once the refund process has started, the money will either be transferred directly to your account using the same method that the transaction was made, or it will be sent to you via check (this option is only available when the customer’s debit or credit card that was used to place the order is not in use).

If the customer makes a payment online, the money will be refunded within 7 to 15 working days of our warehouse receiving the returned item(s).
