ORDERING & PAYMENT

Payment must be received in full before we accept your order. You’ll get an email acknowledging receipt of your order once full payment has been received by us. Please note that this does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

When we send the goods ordered, we accept your order unless you cancel it as per the cancellation clause below.

The acceptance of your order by us entails the creation of a legally binding contract between us. Our website does not accept orders from persons under the age of 18 or from persons who are not able or not authorized to enter legally binding contracts through the website. Don’t use this site if you don’t qualify.

We don’t have enough stock to deliver the goods you have requested; we don’t deliver to your area; or one or more of the items you ordered were priced incorrectly.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you by email or phone and we’ll credit your account with any amount we deducted from your credit card as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after it was deducted.

If you’re disappointed, we won’t compensate you.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Until the close of business on the 7th working day after you have received confirmation that your order has been accepted, you have the option to cancel your order with us for the goods that you have purchased. You don’t have to give us a reason to cancel your order, and we won’t charge you.

Please notify us by email or telephone if you wish to cancel your order.

There are a few conditions that apply to your right to cancel your order with us for the goods:

The jewellery hasn’t been worn or damaged; and

If the item has a security tag attached to it, you should not remove it if it is present.
